The short version

One obsession,
from day one.

I was born in Maracay, Venezuela. Behind me there's a complete medical training, years of clinical practice, and one observation that repeats in every patient: the man arrives late.

Late to the urologist, late to the fertility workup, late to the hormone panel. And when he finally arrives, he often brings years of fatigue, bad information and silence with him. That silence is what I came to break.

So the work didn't stay inside the consultation room. It became content, mindset programs and a community — because biology alone isn't enough if mind and purpose don't come along.

Do you see patients through this site?+

No. Doctor PN is an educational and training platform. No appointments are booked here, no diagnoses or prescriptions are issued, and nothing published creates a doctor–patient relationship.

What's the difference between your medical work and your coaching?+

They're two different things and I keep them deliberately separate. The men's health section is evidence-based medical education. Coaching is personal development: mindset, habits and leadership. It is not psychotherapy, not mental health treatment, and it is never mixed with individual clinical recommendations.

Do you do collaborations or interviews?+

What languages do you work in?+

Spanish and English. Most of the public education is in Spanish, because that's where serious men's health content is scarcest, but talks and corporate materials are available in both.
